Delta Lake

A Neighborhood Improvement Project

In November 2006, voters approved $25,000,000 for neighborhood improvement projects including $2,000,000 for the planning and design of infrastructure projects in the Delta Lake neighborhood located off of Harris Boulevard at Delta Lake Drive.  Proposed improvements may include:

  • Curb and gutter, sidewalk and storm drainage
  • signalized crossings, new marked pedestrian crosswalks and street lighting
  • water and sewer line replacement

This project may also involve coordination with storm drainage improvement projects and water and sewer line replacement projects.  The construction of this project will not begin until 2012.
