Reduce Crime      
1. Decrease crime throughout the city through enforcement and prevention strategies that target specific crime categories or offenders A. 3. Enhance citizen perception of safety through engagement with police and the dissemination of improved and more consistent information A. Ratings on citizen satisfactory survey in November 2008 A.
