The City Council minutes are available for online viewing for the years 1993 through the present. City Council minutes are semi-verbatim and are available on the web and for general distribution approximately 2-3 weeks after a Council meeting date. 2006-1998 1993 -1997
The City Clerk creates and maintains a permanent record of the proceedings of the City Council meetings and provides copies of the City Council minutes. The Minute Books are also available for reading in the Office of the City Clerk and copies can be obtained for a minimal fee of 10 cents per page. Certified minutes can also be prepared for the same fee.
