The City Clerk maintains a permanent record of the proceedings of the City Council meetings and provides copies of the City Council minutes. The Minute Books are available for reading in the Office of the City Clerk and copies can be obtained for a minimal fee of 10 cents per page. Certified minutes can also be prepared for the same fee.
