Educational Programs:

Alive at 55: This is an AARP sponsored program designed to assist drivers age 50 and above by improving their driving skills.  It addresses age-related physical changes, declining perceptual skills, rules of the road, local driving and driving problems, and license renewal.

Totals (Teaching Our Teens a Lesson in Survival): This manditory program is part of the Driver's Education course.  As an interactive program that brings the students into the decision making process about their driving habits, the program is geared more toward group discussion than lecturing. The program's purpose is  to help the soon to be driver become aware of the dangers involved.

The Academy also provides a course to enhance the safety of the Police Officer during a routine traffic stop.
