The following checklists and application form will help guide prospective and current vehicle operating permit holders through the process of applying for or renewing their vehicle operating permit.

Vehicle operating permits must be renewed annually.  Vehicle permits expire on the date of your NC State expiration date and must be renewed during the same month.
