The following checklists, application form, and enclosures will help guide prospective and current for-hire transportation company owners through the process of applying for or renewing their company operating certificate.

Company operating certificates must be renewed annually. All taxicab company operating certificates expire as of 30 July and must be renewed during the month of July, each year. All other passenger vehicle for hire company operating certificates expire as of 30 August and must be renewed during the month of August, each year.
