Plaza-Midwood Neighborhood

This Neighborhood was developed in the 1920's and is Northeast of uptown Charlotte. This neighborhood surrounds Charlotte's oldest Country Club which used to be called the Mecklenburg Country Club. |

The Belmont Neighborhood

The Belmont, Villa Heights, and Optimist Park Neighborhood was developed around the turn of the century and the residents were blue collar workers that worked in the area surrounding the neighborhood. |

NoDa District

The NoDa district is located about two miles from uptown Charlotte at North Davidson and 36th Streets. The area used to be a self contained textile community but now it is emerging as an artist community. It was developed in the early 1900's. |
