Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg and Huntersville Police Departments are continuing a joint investigation into the three February 4, 2008 homicides that appear to be connected.

The CMPD has positively identified one of the two victims found inside the burning house at 6002 Patricia Ryan Drive in Charlotte as Kevin Ashley Young, 34, also known as "Fergie".  Some media outlets have identified this victim as Paul Jenkins, which was an alias.

 

Efforts to identify the second victim from 6002 Patricia Ryan are continuing. Huntersville Police released earlier in the week the identity of the victim found on Howell Ridge Road. The body of Jasmine Ranae Hines, 18, was discovered by a passing motorist. 

Detectives continue working other aspects of the case and are interested in identifying and interviewing the individual pictured here.  

Anyone with information about his whereabouts or information regarding the van (believed to be a Chevrolet Venture, extended model) is asked to call CMPD at 911 or the Huntersville Police Department at 704-875-6542.
