The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating Timothy Antoine Mackey, also known as "Puff". He is wanted on two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon Intending to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury, Kidnapping and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon in connection with the January 19, 2008 shooting on Oak Arbor Lane (20080119015502).   

He is believed to be somewhere in the Rock Hill area. He is armed and should be considered extremely dangerous so do not attempt to detain him.
