This morning at about 9 am, a female victim reported that she was robbed at gunpoint by four suspects. The robbery took place on J W Clay Boulevard. Officers from the University City Division arrested four suspects later in the day and transported them to Police Headquarters for questioning. Three of the four suspects have been arrested in the past in Mecklenburg County. There names and charges are as follows:

Marquez Springs-Owens: (DOB: 07/20/1986)
Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery
This is his 10th arrest since 2002.

Alex Hammonds: (DOB: 07/16/1988)
Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery
This is his 11th arrest since 2004.

Aliyia Evans: (DOB: 09/09/1987)
Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery
This is her 6th arrest since 2004.

Shrika Scott: Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery; Uttering a Forged Document and Possession of Stolen Property
