Narrative:
On October 4, 2004 around 10:10 p.m. Hafiz Jamel Abdus-Salaam was being visited by his grandmother Karimah Najibah Abdus-Salaam and his aunt Karimah Samiyah Abdus-Salaam at 5824 Reddman Road. At the conclusion of the visit, Hafiz Abddus-Salaam went to the parking lot with his father to say good bye to his family members before they went on vacation. Without any legal justification, Karimah Najibah Abdus-Salaam and Karimah Samiyah Abdus-Salaam took the victim without the parents consent During the course of this ivestigation, enough informatio was developed to obtain warrants for Child Abductionj, Felonious Restraint and Assault with a Deadly Weapon on both suspects.
Karimah Samiyah Abdus-Salaam was arrested on 11/10/2004. Karimah Najibah Abdus-Salaam still has outstanding warrants and the child has not been locted.
