The Network's Organization consists of Executive Sponsors and a Network Chair that oversee the duties and activities of the 10 Sub-Committees that make up the Network.  The Executive Sponsors and the Network Chair work together to offer support and guidance for the Committees and produce an annual report for the CMPD Command Staff.

Recruiting Committee researches the best practices for recruiting women and provides information to CMPD Recruitment Staff.  This committee also maintains statistics on the recruitment of CMPD women.  Captain Roslyn Maglione

Retention Committee meets regularly with women recruits and mentors recruits through thier probationary period.  This committee also maintains statistics on the retention of CMPD women.  Major Katrina Graue

Promotion Committee provides guidance and support for women participating in promotional processes and maintains statistics on promotions of CMPD women.  Major Vicki Foster,  Sgt. Katherine Scheimreif

Community Service Committee plans and implements two annual community service projects.
