The victim was a 19 year old female who lived off of Nations Ford Road and was known to frequent the Grier Heights neighborhood. She was last seen wearing an acid wash corduroy top and jeans. The victim was 5'6" and weighed 150 pounds. The victim was reported missing on January 24, 1991. She was last seen leaving her residence on Edgegreen Dr. in a vehicle occupied by a known male acquaintance. This was the last time Geneva was seen or heard from. Her boyfriend noted that she had gotten a phone call at 2:00PM. The victim told him that she was going to Gastonia. Her body was found on March 6, 1991 off Hwy 21 Business, Fort Mill, SC by employees who worked for a tree service company. Summary:
On Saturday February 9, 1974 at about 3:20AM. the Mecklenburg County Police Department received a call a person had been assaulted in the restroom of the rest area on the southbound side of I-85 at the Catawba River Bridge. The victim was found in the bathroom area suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported by South Point Ambulance Service to Charlotte Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim was an electrician and normally worked from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. Immediately prior to his death, he had been at Paul's Lounge located at 3441 South Blvd, Charlotte. Summary:
On Sunday, October 3, 1982 at approximately 3:10 PM, Mr. Mendel Lee Morris was found dead of an apparent gun shot wound at 3011 Georgia Avenue. He was 56 years old at the time of his death. Mr. Morris was working at this location during its renovation and was also living on site as a night watchman. Summary:
Mr. Williams was initially reported missing by his roommate on September 19, 2000. He was last seen September 18, 2000. On September 20, 2000 he was found deceased in a vehicle at a warehouse parking lot near the airport at 4900 West Blvd. Anyone with information regarding this homicide is asked to contact the Cold Case Homicide Squad.

Summary:
At the time of the victim's death she was living with her husband and small child on Tom Hunter Road. The victim was 39 years old. The crime was reported when a neighbor saw smoke coming from the building and called the fire department. It appears the victim was murdered inside her residence and the apartment was set on fire to conceal the crime. There is evidence the assailant(s) forced his way into the apartment. The victim was located in her bed and some of her personal belongings are missing. Anyone with information regarding this homicide is asked to contact the Cold Case Homicide Squad.

Summary: On October 3, 1999 at about 9:46 AM Michelle was riding home from the Street Lights night club behind Park Road Shopping Center. She was with several other friends. A white SUV, possibly a Dodge Durango, pulled up next to them at a red light at Park Road and Woodlawn Road. Both vehicles were headed West on Woodlawn. A black male on the passenger side of the SUV was attempting to talk to the people in the victim's vehicle. The driver of the victim's vehicle pulled away when the light changed to green. Occupants of the victims vehicle heard a loud pop and realized Michelle was shot and turned into a neighborhood for help. Michelle was taken to Carolinas Medical Center where she later died. |
