Crime Story:
On the 3rd of November 1990, the victim and a friend drove to Dalton Village for the purpose of purchasing crack cocaine. Theopolis Smith approached their parked vehicle armed with a .22 caliber pistol. Shortly afterwards, Smith fired approximately four shots into the vehicle.

The victim was shot in the neck and his friend was shot in the mouth and the arm. Smith pulled the victim out of the vehicle onto the ground, robbed him of his money, and ran from the area. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. His friend was transported to the hospital and survived his wounds.

Theopolis Smith plead guilty to Second-Degree Murder and ADWIKISI. He was sentenced to spend life in prison.
