Crime Story
On the 3rd of February 1979, the victim was awoken by a strange man kneeling beside her bed and feeling between her legs. When Sammy Simpson saw that she was awake, he immediately covered his face and ran from the room. The victim immediately reached over and woke her husband. Her husband ran out of the house and found Sammy Simpson around the outside of their residence. He grabbed hold of him and had a neighbor call the police.

A jury found Sammy Simpson guilty of first-degree burglary. He was sentenced to serve Life in prison.
