Crime Story
On September 13, 1989 the victim was in her office at the Psychology Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte when she heard a noise at her door. She turned around in her chair and Henry Rubin was standing there.

He approached the victim and grabbed her by the neck and began to choke her. While he was choking her he managed to shut and lock the door of her office. Rubin forced the victim to the floor and raped her. He then ran from the room.

Rubin was later developed as a suspect and was tried for the offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 40 years for the crime.
