Crime Story:
On August 22, 1994, Terry Robinson along with Kareem Phifer, Ronnie Martin and Aaron Redfern went to 1012 Pryor Street in Charlotte, NC and asked the victim's brother to wake up the victim.  when the victim's brother opened the front door, he was struck in the head with a gun and Robinson along with martin and Phifer forced entry into the house. Once inside, Robinson robbed the victim at gunpoint. 

Robinson, Phifer, Martin and Redfern then ordered the victim into the van and threatened to kill him if he didn't help find them more money. After driving around town for several minutes, the victim convinced Robinson, Phifer, Martin and Redfern to get out of the van on foot and the victim managed to escape and found help at a friend's house.

Terry Robinson, Kareem Phifer and Ronnie Martin wither youthful/juvenile offenders whent he crimes were committed but their cases were transferred to Superior Court for trial.

Robinson pled guilt to RWDW, Kidnapping in the 2nd Degree 2 counts and Burglary 1st Degree.  He received 14 years for RODW, 15 years for Burglary 1st Degree followed by 9 years for kidnapping 2nd Degree.
