Crime Story
On April 13, 1994 Seltzer Lockhart and Michael Scott Mack entered Lee Wigs at 2909 Freedom Drive and confronted the owner/victim. According to Lockhart, Mack took out a weapon he had carried in the store and shot the victim twice. Lockhart stepped out of the store and heard Mack shoot two more times killing the victim.

Both subjects ran from the scene and were apprehended a short time later in an adjacent neighborhood where Mack lived.

Lockhart later confessed to the robbery and murder. Both individuals pled guilty to Second Degree Murder and were sentenced to Life in prison.
