Crime Story
On the 12th of the December 1978, Robert Crocket and Johnny Hope knocked on the front door to the victim's residence. When the victim opened the door, Crocket and Hope forced their way into the residence. Crocket, who was armed with a pistol, ordered her to take off her clothes. Both Crocket and Hope raped her several times.

Later, her husband entered the residence and one of the suspects pointed the pistol at him. They ordered him to take off his clothes and lay on the floor. Her husband attempted to disarm the suspect, but after a short scuffle the suspects gained control over the pistol. They forced him to lie naked on the floor, while they repeatedly raped his wife. 

Crocket and Hope took numerous items that belong to the victims. They also told them that if they called the police, they would come back and kill them.

Robert Crocket pled guilty to RWDW and Second-Degree Rape. He was sentenced to serve 18 to 25 years in prison. His prison sentence expired on 01-28-1990. Johnny Hope pled guilty to RWDW and First-Degree Rape. He was sentenced to life in prison.
