Crime Story
On the 19th of June 1973, Albert Carey had driven the suspect to a street near the victim's shop, gave him a shotgun and waited for him to rob the victim. The suspect walked up to the victim, as he was closing up shop for the day. The suspects told the victim to give up the money.

When the victim told him that he wasn't going to give him anything, the suspect pulled shotgun out from under his coat and shot him in the stomach. The suspect then ran from the scene. Albert Carey had waited on him nearby in car and drove him away from the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital. He was pronounced dead the following morning in the Intensive Care Unit.

The shooter pled guilty to second-degree murder. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

A jury found Albert Carey guilty by jury of first-degree murder. He was sentenced to spend life in prison.
