Deputy Chief Ken Miller oversees the Administrative Services Group which is made up of five major divisions and provides the human resources,  training, research, technology and rexcruiting for the department. Both fleet and facilities management are under his direction.

Deputy Chief Miller has responsibility for the following divisions:
