Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is preparing its operating budget for the next year and capital budget for the next five years.  CATS wants to hear what is most important to you as it makes future plans with available resources.  Members of the community are encouraged to attend one of the public meetings to learn more about the CATS budget process and share transit service ideas.
