10-RIDE PASS

Recently some customers have experienced problems with their 10-ride pass.  If you have a 10-ride pass that looks like of any of the passes below and your pass has a serial number on the back that is within the range of the numbers displayed, please take it to the CATS Customer Information Booth at the Charlotte Transportation Center for an exchange.  Customers may exchange their 10-ride pass until July 31, 2008.

Please note that CATS does test all of its passes before selling them to the public.  Unfortunately, these passes have been in our inventory for several years and their encodings have reached their expiration date.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

10-Ride Local Pass: Serial numbers 00001-68001

10-Ride Express Pass: Serial numbers 00001-109999

10-Ride Express Plus Pass: Serial numbers 0001-50999
