Route 51X

On Monday June 24, 2008, it was brought to the attention of the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) that passengers are using parking spaces inside the Mintworth Shopping Center. CATS does not currently have a parking agreement or a designated Park and Ride facility/lot in the shopping center. The shopping center is privately owned and the owners do not wish to have passengers parking inside the shopping center. The shopping center has informed CATS, that any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

Parking is available for CATS passengers on both sides of Wyalong and Mintworth, located outside of the shopping center.
