Davidson Christmas Parade
North Meck Village Rider Routes 96 & 97

On Saturday, December 1st, 2007, the Park and Ride lot behind Cornelius Town Hall & Sadler Shopping Center in Davidson, as well as Jackson St. & Hwy. 115, will close for the annual Davidson Christmas Parade from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm.  Buses will use the detours below:

Route 96 – Davidson Village Rider

From N.C. Regional Library:  Buses will use the regular route to Statesville & Bailey Roads, continue straight on Statesville Rd., turn right on Catawba Ave., left on Mulberry St., right into the 1st driveway behind Food Lion, right onto Jane Crump Ln., right on Catawba Ave., right on I-77 North and continue to Exit 30, right on Exit 30, right on Griffith Rd., right on Gateway Dr., right on Jetton Rd., and then resume the regular route.

From Ada Jenkins Ctr.:  Buses will turn right on Gamble St., right on Jetton Rd., left on I-77 South to Exit 28 (Cornelius), right on Exit 28, left on Catawba Ave., left on Mulberry St., right on the 1st driveway behind Food Lion, right on Jane Crump Ln., right on Catawba Ave., left on Statesville Rd./Hwy. 21 and resume the regular route.

Route 97 – Cornelius Village Rider

From N.C. Regional Library:  Buses will use the regular route to Catawba Ave. & Mulberry St., turn left on Mulberry St., right into the 1st driveway behind Food Lion, right onto Jane Crump Ln., right on Catawba Ave., left on Meridian St. and resume the regular route.
