ROUTES 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26, 34, 77X & GOLD RUSH RED LINE

TRADE STREET CLOSURE

Effective Friday, January 4, 2008 East Trade Street between College & Brevard Streets will close at 6:30 PM and will not reopen until Monday, January 7, 2008 at 6:00 AM. The following detours will be in effect:

To Charlotte Transportation Center (CTC)

Routes 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 21, 25, 26, 34 & 77X: Inbound buses will follow the regular routes to Trade & College Streets, turn left on College, right on 5th St., right on Caldwell St., right on 4th St. and proceed to the CTC.

Route 2: Inbound buses will follow the regular route to Mint & Morehead Streets, continue on Morehead, merge onto I-277, exit onto College St., turn right on 3rd St., left on Caldwell St., left on 4th St. and proceed to the CTC.

Routes 16, 18 & 19: Inbound buses will follow the regular routes to College Street. Routes 18 & 19 will turn right on College. From College St., all three routes will turn right on 3rd St., left on Caldwell St., left on 4th St. and proceed to the CTC.

From Charlotte Transportation Center (CTC)

Routes 1, 10 & 26: Outbound buses will turn right on Trade St., right on Brevard St., right on 4th St., right on College St., left on Trade St. and resume the regular route.

Route 2: Outbound buses will use the regular route to Tryon & Stonewall Streets, continue on Tryon, turn right on Morehead St. and resume the regular route.

From Gateway Center

Gold Rush Red Line: Shuttles will use the regular route to trade & College Streets, turn left on College, right on 5th St., right on Caldwell St., left on Trade St. and resume the regular route.
