Vendors wishing to do business with the City of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County should fill out a Vendor Applicationand return it through the U.S. mail or fax to 704-336-2258.

To recieve email notification of formal contracting solicitions, vendors are recommended to register with the Interactive Purchasing System (IPS).
