To become a member of the CRGPO and receive benefits of a group purchasing organization, please follow the process below.
Letter of Agreement
Read the Letter of Agreement, print a copy, sign the agreement, and mail the agreement along with your membership dues to:

The CRGPO Administrator will mail a fully executed copy of the Letter of Agreement to the name listed on the membership application.
