Network Technology Customer Service, provides installation and removal of subscriber end unit communication and public safety equipment, drive-in repair of most communication and public safety equipment, programming of voice and data communication equipment, ordering and tracking of communication and public safety equipment for many federal, state and local government agencies throughout the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
We provide seamless services with a professional attitude. Our hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. We have one technician on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide emergency repairs for all communications and public safety equipment.
