The Administrative Support/Technology Solutions Team focuses on the development of an 'Integrated Services Communications Network' in the City, County and region of the Charlotte Metro Area.
Current technology includes land line and cellular telecommuncations services, wired and wireless local and wide area data networking, 800 MHZ radio system, wired and wireless area networking, and convergence.
This department also provides administrative and business support to the Communications Division.
