Ms. Hagler-Gray has primary responsibility for advising City officials and staff on legal issues concerning land use. In this regard, she works with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Commission, the Zoning Administrator and the Zoning Board of Adjustment. She also represents the Board of Adjustment in appeals to State courts from the Board's decisions.
