Mr. Boyd's primary responsibilities involve: South Carolina v. North Carolina, a suit filed in the US Supreme Court seeking to limit reliance on the Catawba River as a public water supply by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities and other NC public water suppliers; and other related issues.
