September InfoShare is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 9:00 – 11:00. Registration begins at 8:30 in the Fellowship Hall at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1000 E. Morehead St. in Charlotte. Attendance at InfoShare is required for providers with Contracts and MOA’s. InfoShare is a collaborative effort between the LME, the Community and Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) and the Provider Council. Each provider agency is required to have at least one person from the agency in attendance for each age and disability population you served and should be represented by agency CEO’s, COO’s or others in senior management roles. Please limit the number of persons for each of the four break-out groups to one person per agency. The focus of the break-out groups will be on transition planning and community resources relative to upcoming changes in services.
