The Mecklenburg Consumer and Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) began its 7th year in 2009 and is very proud of achievements made in fulfilling its mission to be a strong advocate for consumers receiving mental health, substance abuse and/or developmental disability services through Area Mental Health (AMH).
