The animals and the staff of the CMPD- Animal Control Bureau need you! We are a very busy agency with many animals coming through our doors and many people coming to visit the shelter. We want to be able to provide the best possible service to both our customers and the animals.  This is where you come in.  Jobs available for volunteers include:

 

• Bathing/Grooming Animals
• Exercising Animals
• Rabies and Spay/Neuter Clinics
• Animal Photography
• Data Entry
• Customer Greeter/Information Specialist
• Animal Feeding
• Cleaning Kennels

In order to volunteer with the Animal Control Bureau you must be at least 18 years of age and complete a drug test. Background checks will also be done on all applicants.
