The Information Counter at Charlotte Douglas International Airport provides general airport information and paging services.  The Information Counter is located in the Ticketing Lobby and is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Visitor Info Center:
The Visitor Info Center at Charlotte Douglas International Airport provides general airport information, tourism information about Charlotte and the Mid-Carolinas Region, and paging services.  The Visitor Info Center is open daily from 7:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. and is located in Baggage Claim.
