Location: Long-Term 4 is located on Old Dowd Road. It can be accessed from Josh Birmingham Parkway by turning left on Old Dowd Road, prior to entering the airport, and then left into the parking lot.

Description: During periods of high parking demand, all parking lots may be at capacity.  During this time, CLT will open its Overflow parking area, located on Old Dowd Rd.  Other lots will re-open, one at a time, as parking spaces become available.  Signage will be placed at the intersection of Old Dowd and Josh Birmingham Parkway, and at the Long Term lots directing customers to Overflow parking.
