Customers can prearrange shuttle service by contacting one of the various providers on the Visitor Information boards located in Baggage Claim.

You can also view a listing of transportation companies that are licensed to provide transportation pick-up at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Limousines, Limousine Sedans and Contract Van services are available only by pre-arrangement between passenger and service provider.
