Charlotte Douglas International Airport is happy to accommodate your needs for Convention Services.

Banners
- Banners may be displayed for groups and conventions hosting 1,000 people or more. No advertising is permitted on the banner (i.e. companies, brand names). Banners may only promote the event.
- Banners are installed at entrances to The Atrium.
- Banners must be professionally produced and measure 8ft. wide by 2 ft. tall with grommets every 2 ft. (No homemade or handwritten banners will be permitted.)
Welcome Tables
- Tables are available for use next to the Airport Welcome Center on the Baggage Claim level.
- It is not the responsibility of the Airport to staff welcome tables.
- Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Signage
- Signs may be displayed on the Baggage Claim level.
- Signs must be professionally produced, measuring 22 inches wide by 28 inches tall. No advertising is permitted on signage.
- A maximum of four signs can be installed adjacent to escalators and the Welcome Center.
