Charlotte Douglas International Airport occasionally offers structures for sale to be moved from the property. Structures are sold to the public through a sealed bid process. Properties were purchased through either our FAR Part 150 Program for noise issues or the Master Plan for expansion.
*VERY IMPORTANT* Structures are sold in AS IS CONDITION - photos do not necessarily represent current condition of structures. BIDDER BEWARE and go to the sites and physically verify the condition of the structures before you bid!
