East Boulevard Resurfacing Project (Dilworth Road West to Scott Avenue)
The East Boulevard resurfacing project will complete infrastructure improvements along East Boulevard between South Boulevard and Kings Drive. Pedestrian safety and comfort will be improved along the corridor to complement pedestrian oriented land uses. It also improves the corridor for all users: bicycles, pedestrians, motorists and transit users.

Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2006 which included converting East Boulevard from four lanes to three lanes (from Scott Avenue to Kings Drive). Phase 2 (South Boulevard to Dilworth Road West) was completed in 2010. The Phase 3 project is planned to be implemented by Summer 2011.
