The Budget and Evaluation Office is one of four support departments within the City of Charlotte. The office consists of a Department Director, three Budget and Evaluation Managers, seven Budget Analysts and two support employees.
Budget and Evaluation is responsible for the development and oversight of the City's annual operating budget and five-year capital investment plan. Additionally, the Office provides policy and management analysis, coordination of City Council's business agenda and administration of the organization's performance management and strategic planning process.
