Parking

Parking at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is available on a first come, first served basis. CLT Airport does not currently offer any pre-paid parking options through this website or any other website. Even during the busiest of days, parking will be available for all travelers.

All CLT parking facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The facilities are well-lit and patrolled regularly. Additionally, all CLT parking facilities include handicap-accessible parking spaces with accessible shuttles running continuously. Click here to view the real-time interactive parking map. 

Parking Options

Long Term Lots 1 - 4
  • ​$5/day 
  • Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from shelters in each lot.
Hourly Deck
  • ​Free/first hour | $1/each additional 30 minutes | $20 max/day
  • TLC from CLT Customer Appreciation Summer Special | $14 max/day (June 19-September 8, 2015)

  • Walkways from the Level 2 elevator lobbies provide access to and from the terminal. 
Daily Decks (East and West)
  • ​$10/day
  • Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the shelter between the two decks.
Daily North Lot – CLOSED for Improvements
  • ​$10/day
  • Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from shelters in the lot.
Business Valet Deck
  • ​$14/day
  • Designated Business Valet shuttles provide non-stop service to and from the terminal’s upper level curbside.
  • Valet attendants park vehicles and provide complimentary luggage assistance.
  • Various auto services are offered including car washes, NC state auto inspections and more. Ask an attendant for details before departing.
Curbside Valet 
  • ​$28/day
  • Hours: 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Travelers drop off and pick up their vehicle at the terminal curbside at the end of the upper level (Departures/Ticketing).
  • Valet attendants park vehicles and provide complimentary luggage assistance.
  • Various auto services are offered including car washes, NC state auto inspections and more. Ask an attendant for details before departing.
Cell Phone Waiting Lots
  • ​Free  
  • All drivers are required to remain with their vehicles while in one of these lots.
  • Spaces are available to use while waiting to pick up a passenger from an arriving flight.

Airport Parking signs on the roadways also provide timely parking facility status updates. Facilities are closed when there are not enough available spaces to properly service vehicles. Follow the signs to proceed to an open facility.

Parking facilities at CLT utilize Take Pay Go! with Smart Park Express. This service makes paying for parking easier and allows travelers to save time by using a credit card or prepaid-only lane to exit a parking facility. Alternate exit lanes are also available for cash payments.
