Charlotte City Council approved several Airport improvement consent items at their meeting on Monday, April 14.
2013 Passenger Survey Results Released
Nine out of ten passengers who visited the Airport in 2013 rated their overall experience at CLT as highly satisfactory, according to a survey conducted by Phoenix Marketing International.
CLT Prepared For Inclement Weather
Charlotte Douglas has been responding to severe weather conditions and winter weather since Tuesday, February 11. The Airport remains open and operational.
Parking Rates To Increase at CLT
Parking rates for CLT's Curbside and Business Valet (ultra premium parking) and Daily decks (premium parking) will increase on Monday, February 17.
CLT Opens Kiss and Fly Lot
Beginning 6 a.m. tomorrow, CLT will open a free Kiss and Fly lot on Harlee Avenue. The new lot will allow drivers who are dropping off and picking up passengers to avoid terminal area roadways, which can become congested during peak times.
CLT Passenger Numbers Continue to Increase
Passenger traffic continues to rise at Charlotte Douglas, a trend that has been consistent throughout 2013. The latest numbers show a 5 percent increase from January – October 2013.
